Apply for and Schedule the Exam
Read through the Candidate Handbook.
Then apply for the exam on your BCEN account and schedule your exam appointment at the test delivery provider.
Familiarize Yourself with a Computer Based Test Delivery System

Exam Day - What to Expect
Increase your comfort level before you sit for your exam – take a tour of a Pearson Professional Center so you will know what to expect on your scheduled exam day.
Sit for the Exam
If successful, renew your certficiation in 4 years. If unsuccessful, retake the exam in 3 months after studying your lower-scoring content areas.
